Easy $10 per hour anyone can make

This has got to be the simplest way to make $10+ per hour.

Step 1: Create a facebook account and join as many buy/sell groups and job wanted groups as you can. ( Do this a few at a time or your account will get blocked)

Step 2: Find an offer from a major store in your target country i.e. Wal-Mart or Asda. The offer should be for example $25 of shop.

Step 3: Create a image in pixlr make it look like a $25 off voucher from the store and include the instructions on how to use the voucher.

Step 4: Join PPD site such as cleanfiles, dollar upload or similar site.

Step 5: Upload the image to cleanfiles and get the url for the download

Step 6: Post the url to all the groups on your facebook account with a message saying 

"I just got a free $25 dollar voucher from Wal-Mart and all I had to do was fill out one of their surveys. I know times are hard at the moment so I thought i'd share the offer with you guys. If anyones interested heres the link xxxxxxxxxx "

That's it, I made a quick $20 with this in about 2 hours.

I would suggest redirecting from a domain and not use the direct url. If you don't have a spare domain try using a url shortner.
